ABOUT

The ESCA Foundation

Our mission is to identify, support and empower high-potential student-athletes from underserved communities by giving them access to the full ESCA ecosystem—world-class education, elite athletic development, holistic wellness, and global pathways.

Through strategic partnerships, donor support and long-term investment, the ESCA Foundation helps remove financial barriers for exceptional talent, ensuring that access to excellence is not limited by circumstance. At the same time, the ESCA Foundation plays a vital role in supporting the long-term sustainability and growth of our broader institution. It allows us to reinvest in infrastructure, innovation and future-forward programming, while continuing to elevate the standard of youth talent development in South Africa and beyond.

This is how we develop the next generation of athletes, leaders and changemakers - together.
Talent deserves opportunity.
Not all talent has access.
The ESCA Foundation exists to bridge that gap.
